All cancellations or changes must be made by phone no cancellations will be accepted via text or email.
Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel reservation 48 hours before scheduled day and time or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your
rental fee.
If we are able to rent watercraft out that day you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
If you want to cancel due to inclement weather both parties must agree on what defines inclement weather on day of rental
for cancellation to be accepted.
No refunds for early returns due to inclement weather.
